MaineSource.net Email Sign-up $250 Shopping Spree

No purchase required.  Sign-up for the MaineSource.net email mailing list and be entered
into a drawing to receive a $250 MaineSource shopping spree.  By entering the Shopping Spree you also acknowledge and grant permission for MaineSource.net to send periodic newsletters to your email address.

Prize consists of: (4) $250 MaineSource gift certificates, one per MaineSource Food &
Party Warehouse location (Binghamton, NY, Syracuse, NY, Scranton, PA and Forty Fort,
PA).  No substitutions will be made for any prize.  No cash value.  Gift certificates may
not be exchanged for cash.  No cash will be returned from any unused portion of the gift
certificate.  MaineSource shall re-issue another gift certificate for any un-used portion of
the original gift certificate.

How to enter:  Visit www.MaineSource.net and enter your email address.  Upon the
successful completion of a brief questionnaire, your name will be added to our email
mailing list.  You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your name has been
entered into the drawing.  You must be 18 years of age to enter.  One entry only per
person.

Contest will run from December 6, 2009 through February 28, 2010.  Winners will be
drawn on February 28, 2010 and announced on March 1, 2010.

Winners will be notified via telephone and email.  Each winner will be required to
execute a declaration of eligibility that winner has complied with all the rules.  Winners
will be required to sign a release indicating that MaineSource may use the winner's
name, photograph or other likeness for promotional purposes.
